Severn Trent acknowledge that they are having trouble keeping up with the demand on water bowsers but now have 900 bowsers in place and an improved system for keeping them refilled. Check out our emergency water supplies page for latest updates.

all the places you are distributing bottled water at you have to have transport to get too in cheltenham. i have requested that you put a bowser in shakespeare road, outside monkscroft school as we have visited other ones and they are empty. i have also requested that you find a place on the coronation square that can dish out bottled water to people who cannot get to these other distribution points. at least if you did this my son would be able to carry some bottled water back home.
Thanks Margaret
